Returns Policy

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get a refund or exchange the product for another one, be it similar or not, within 30 days from the date you purchased it. The returns postage must be paid by the customer, this will not be refunded back to you.

If the item is a personalised item then unfortunately we are unable to accept returns unless the item is faulty. If you have ordered a personalised item but made a mistake on your order please contact us as soon as possible as we may be able to amend the order. If the items have already been made or dispatched then we will not be able to make any amendments to the order.

Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging. Please contact us before sending the return as all returns must be authorised prior to being sent and the returns number must be on the parcel so that we are able to allocate the parcel to your order. If a return is sent to us without contacting us first we will not be liable if we are unable to locate the return in our warehouse.

In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty or damaged item you must inform us of this within 7 days of the delivery date. If you contact us after this date we may still be able to help however this is not guarenteed. If the parcel is damaged on delivery please refuse the parcel from the courier and contact us so that we can resolve this.
